Bangladesh - Operational mills in the primary textile sector will receive a doubled cash incentive of 10 percent starting this fiscal year. The government has taken an effort to save the industry that was hit hard by falling sales in recent months due to volatile cotton prices in the global market and the easing of import rules by the European Union (EU).
